Let's not waste energy !

In response to recommendations from the Swiss Confederation and the current energy market situation, FMEL has decided to limit the heating temperature in all its homes. It is now crucial to put an end to energy wastage without delay.

This approach is in line with the ecological vision set out by the IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change), which calls on us all to fight global warming by consuming more intelligently.

On its own scale, the FMEL has to face up to rising energy costs, and this first action is part of our desire to protect rents and avoid an increase in charges for its tenants.

Thank you for respecting the recommended actions, which will help to maintain rents at their current level and to learn to consume more intelligently. Thank you for your understanding.
