The FMEL has introduced a new payment system with the Convera GlobalPay platform, which has been available since 1 September for the payment of all your bills. This solution allows you or a third party (a relative, for example) to make a transfer from Switzerland or abroad. You no longer need to have a Swiss bank account. Bank transfers that do not go through the platform are no longer authorised.
