Assistance, information, safety and security

The caretaker team is at the residences to give assistance, look after your safety and security, and answer your questions. In the evening, security staff take over.

Laundry facilities

Washing machines (which you pay to use) and dryers (free of charge) are available in the communal laundry rooms.

Rooms accessible to people with reduced mobility

Some rooms are specially equipped to make life easier for people with reduced mobility. The rent is the same as for a standard room.

Internet

Every room has Wi-Fi or cable internet access. You will be given access codes on your arrival.

Housekeeping

The cleaners regularly take care of the communal spaces. Each tenant is responsible for cleaning their room or studio and the common areas of a flat. The latter are checked regularly by the caretaking staff.

Printers

You have 24/7 access to free printers.

Temporary sleeping kit

Maybe you’re arriving from a faraway country or haven’t had time to get your own bedclothes. To bridge the gap temporarily you can rent a sleeping kit. Just ask the caretaking staff. The kit includes a Nordic duvet (160 x 210 cm), a feather pillow (60 x 60 cm), a pillow case, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet.

Feel free to borrow cleaning equipment and products from your residence’s caretaking staff.

Living room

A multi-purpose room is available for tenants to meet, watch films, play table football or simply relax with friends.

It’s easy to drop off your bike in our secure areas.
