Assistance, information, safety and security
The caretaker team is at the residences to give assistance, look after your safety and security, and answer your questions. In the evening, security staff take over.
Laundry facilities
Washing machines (which you pay to use) and dryers (free of charge) are available in the communal laundry rooms.
Internet
Every room has Wi-Fi or cable internet access. You will be given access codes on your arrival.
Housekeeping
The cleaners regularly take care of the communal spaces. Each tenant is responsible for cleaning their room or studio and the common areas of a flat. The latter are checked regularly by the caretaking staff.
TV area
An area with a TV screen is at your disposal.
Printers
You have 24/7 access to free printers.
Temporary sleeping kit
Maybe you’re arriving from a faraway country or haven’t had time to get your own bedclothes. To bridge the gap temporarily you can rent a sleeping kit. Just ask the caretaking staff. The kit includes a Nordic duvet (160 x 210 cm), a feather pillow (60 x 60 cm), a pillow case, a duvet cover and a fitted sheet.
Cleaning kit
Feel free to borrow cleaning equipment and products from your residence’s caretaking staff.
Living room
A multi-purpose room is available for tenants to meet, watch films, play table football or simply relax with friends.
Bike storage
It’s easy to drop off your bike in our secure areas.

You can rent parking spots. Please ask your administrator about availability and prices.
Recycling and waste separation
Your house has recycling points where you can sort and recycle waste.
Community room
A community room can be reserved free of charge for events attended by tenants (subject to prior conditions). Feel free to contact the caretaking staff.
