The worktops in the communal kitchens at Falaises were replaced in 2025. The kitchens are now fully operational. These improvements aim to provide a more functional and pleasant environment for all tenants, while maintaining the quality of the facilities made available.

Through these works, the FMEL continues its actions in favour of comfort and the upkeep of its residences.
