The FMEL makes a new leisure room available to tenants at Falaises, inaugurated in December 2025 and located behind the new kiosk.

This space is open to all Falaises tenants by reservation, through the management office of the Ville Hub. The booking procedure was sent by email: tenants simply need to download and complete the form via the QR code provided.

With this new facility, the FMEL continues its actions aimed at bringing shared spaces to life and at providing suitable places for social interaction and collective activities.
