Ochettes is a simple and classic residence, reflecting the architecture of the 1980s. Its elegant and timeless Italian brick façade is complemented by interiors with a distinctive industrial charm. At the foot of the building, a small stream winds through a green setting, creating a peaceful and pleasant living environment. The residence is located just 2 minutes on foot from UNIL and two metro stops from EPFL.
