FMEL Tomorrow

The FMEL has grown significantly in recent years to meet the demand for accommodation for university students, increasing from 1,300 to almost 4,000 beds by 2022. The management team has developed a project entitled "FMEL tomorrow", which aims to put tenants at the centre of the FMEL's mission by opening four reception areas with extended opening hours and by enhancing the skills of FMEL staff. The project also aims to ensure that the buildings are properly maintained by a technical team and a cleaning team. A charter covering the foundation's sixteen core values has also been developed with the participation of all staff. Implementation of the project began on 1 March 2023.
