…is ideally located in downtown Yverdon-les-Bains. Opened in 2017, it’s built in a sober and contemporary style. The residence’s capacity is limited to around fifty students to foster social contact, and its kitchens and common areas are designed to make it easy for people to meet, talk and enjoy themselves. You’ll have a great sense of belonging.

  • 42 furnished single rooms of 14 m2.
    90 x 200 cm bed with mattress and mattress cover, desk with chair, drawer unit and lamp, wastepaper basket, wardrobe, its own fridge, private bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. Shared kitchen and living room on each floor.

  • 3 furnished studios of 22 m2 for 1 or 2 people.
    One or two 90 x 200 cm beds with mattress and mattress cover, two desks with chair, drawer unit and lamp, wastepaper basket, double wardrobe, kitchenette with double hob, microwave and fridge, private bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin.

  • Sheets, pillows, duvet, dishes, household linen are not included. However, you can temporarily rent a sleeping kit. Find out more

The caretaker team is at the residences to give assistance, look after your safety and security, and answer your questions. In the evening, security staff take over.

Washing machines (which you pay to use) and dryers (free of charge) are available in the communal laundry rooms.
