The studios at Cèdres are being progressively modernized.

The studios at Cèdres are being progressively modernized. In 2026, 12 studio kitchens are being renovated, with 12 more scheduled for 2027 and the final 12 in 2028. Once completed, all 36 studios concerned will have been fully renovated.

In addition to replacing the kitchens, the project includes new flooring, upgraded lighting, and fresh paintwork, creating more comfortable and functional living spaces for residents.

A large part of the work, including painting, plumbing, and tiling, is being carried out by the FMEL Technical Service.
